What is Fit Ready Cardio Boxing?
Fit Ready Cardio Boxing is designed to accommodate ALL adults, men, women, beginners and competitors alike. Classes are dynamic and promote the fundamentals of boxing in its purest form while students get the workout of a lifetime! Fit Ready Boxing is an excellent way to improve body composition, cardiovascular health, and confidence as you learn the rudimentary and advanced techniques of the “sweet science”. We do not incorporate “sparring” in our Fit Ready classes, so you don’t have to get hit to get fit.
Fight Ready Cardio Boxing Classes are taught by Professional MMA Fighter Benny Madrid.
What is a typical Fit Ready Cardio Boxing class like?
- Students carry out a series of punches on focus mitts and heavy bags in combination with cardiovascular and core exercises.
- Fit Ready Cardio Boxing students learn technical skills of boxing and do not just go through the motions. You will work hard but you will also learn valuable self defense techniques.
- You will sweat and you will burn calories!
For students who enjoy Fit Ready Cardio Boxing, advanced classes are available in the Fight Ready program. We do offer sparring to members who have been approved by our staff, based on skill and experience.
What do I wear to Fit Ready Cardio Boxing class?
- Students are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic clothes (gym or fight shorts and athletic shirt).
